Gloria S. Leder, 71, of Gleason, passed away on Sunday, March 15, 2020. Gloria was born October 8, 1948 in Merrill, daughter of the late Alvin and Alice (Seidl) Hipke. She married Ronald T. Leder on October 28, 1967 in Bloomville. He survives. Gloria had been a stay at home wife, mom, and homemaker. She enjoyed pottery, crafts, and making floral arrangements. She also enjoyed babysitting her grandchildren and other children as well.
Survivors include her husband Ronald T. Leder, Gleason; two daughters, Teresa (Mike) Heinzen, Gleason, and Nicole Hoffman (Nick Young), Merrill; one son, Brad (Bernie) Leder, Wausau; seven grandchildren, Deedra (Tyler) Grenwalt, Maggen Heinzen (Matthias Guenther), Judah and Gracelyn Leder, and Preston, Dawson, and Harrison Hoffman; one great grandchild, Brinley; and one great grandchild on the way; and two brothers, James Hipke and Bruce (Tina) Hipke, both of Merrill. Besides her parents, Gloria is preceded in death by two sisters, Alice Graves and Audree Hipke; and one brother, Harry Hipke.
The funeral for Gloria will be at 11:00 AM Thursday, March 19, 2020 at the Taylor-Stine Funeral Home, Merrill. Mr. Monti Smith will officiate. Burial will follow in the Gleason Cemetery, Town of Russell. Visitation will be from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM Wednesday and again after 9:30 AM Thursday all at the funeral home.
